How pricing works
We price services using an hourly rate and workload-based time estimates (light/normal/heavy).
1) Pick items or a packaged service
Packaged services are made from multiple basic items. You can also build your own by selecting items.
2) Choose the workload
Pets, older buildings, heavy build-up, or limited access can push an item toward “Heavy”.
3) Time → cost
Estimated minutes convert to hours, round to the nearest 5 minutes, then multiply by the hourly rate group.
4) Minimum charge
A minimum booking (e.g., 2 hours) may apply even if the job takes less.
